Premier’s SERVICEplus Support Center’s mission is to “enable customer success through timely, accurate and professional support” and achieve total customer satisfaction.  Our SERVICEplus team provides comprehensive support for Premier and  partner products including:
    • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne™ and World™
    • SmartCommerce
    • Create!form®
    • and others.

Premier provides administration, application and technical support to contacts of customers through telephone, e-mail, fax and web on reported issues with your software solutions, as well as proactively providing information to help prevent issues and maximize the effectiveness of the software.

Technology to Address Your JD Edwards Software Support Needs

To support your needs, Premier has established a high quality technology infrastructure to provide improved service to our JD Edwards customers that includes the following:
    • Multiple Technology Platforms and Databases - Through our investments in technology to support both World™ Software and EnterpriseOne™ (formerly OneWorld) Software including IBM® AS/400® and Intel and Unix-based systems, Premier can address your JD Edwards support requirements;
    • EnterpriseOne™ Service & Warranty System for the Management of JD Edwards Support Calls - Consistent with JD Edwards GSS center’s approach, Premier has implemented this EnterpriseOne™ application to provide excellent tracking, processing and follow-up of your JD Edwards support calls; and
    • Web Support - Further, in the second half of 2005, we will be enabling web-based customer self-service to allow for call entry and tracking, along with several value-added supplemental services to further enhance your JD Edwards support

Submit your support call to serviceplus@premierway.com providing us with the following:
    • Customer Number (address book number), contact name, title and phone number
    • Software version, release level, update/cum and service pack (EnterpriseOne™ only) - for example, 
      EnterpriseOne or World Software; release, update and service package
      such as A7.3, cum 11 or Xe, update 7, SP22.1
    • Type of service call- software issue, “how to” question, software request, software protection code request
    • Program ID that your call relates to
    • Detailed description of the problem being encountered
