To support your needs, Premier has established a high quality technology infrastructure to provide improved service to our JD Edwards customers that includes the following:

• Multiple Technology Platforms and Databases - Through our investments in technology to support both World™ Software and EnterpriseOne™ (formerly OneWorld) Software including IBM® AS/400®, Intel and Unix-based systems, Premier can address your JD Edwards support requirements
• EnterpriseOne™ Service & Warranty System for the Management of JD Edwards Support Calls - Consistent with JD Edwards Call Management, Premier has implemented this EnterpriseOne™ application to provide excellent tracking, processing and follow-up of your JD Edwards support calls; and
• Web Online Support - Web-based customer self-service to allow for call entry and tracking, along with several value-added supplemental services to further enhance your JD Edwards support
